At Zujaaj we pride ourselves in the quality of our organizers. Each item is carefully checked before we courier it. In the rare instance that you receive a faulty organiser, contact us via our contact form and we will assist you.

Processing of order’s generally take 24 hrs and are processed on a Monday – Friday.

How will my order be packaged and shipped?

Courier

We courier to your door anywhere in South Africa, depending on the location within South Africa , delivery should take between 2-7 working days, should there be any delays we will inform the customer.

Packaging

We pride ourselves in our packaging making sure that your order reaches you in good condition and ready to use.

Our organisers are first plastic wrapped, then bubble wrapped and then placed in a box with foam to protect it.

After an order is packaged it will be couriered to the address provided by the customer.

Local Pick up in Durban

Please select LOCAL PICK UP at checkout if you would like to collect your order from our pick up location in Westville, Durban.

Once you order is processed and completed we will contact you to arrange a suitable pick up time.

Refunds and Returns

We are HAPPY to refund or replace any item you receive that is damaged during courier or transit.

We will do our best to make sure all orders are checked and well packaged before dispatch to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition, however if the item is damaged during transit or if there is an issue with your order please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Please keep ALL PACKAGING.

Packaging and pictures will be required to lodge a claim with the courier company.

NOTE – Refunds and replacements will not be given due to a ‘change of mind’ or purchasing the wrong organizer.

We provide full details and measurements under each organizer, I’t will be the customer’s responsibility to measure their vanity space to ensure the item/s will fit their space PRIOR TO ORDERING.

Due to the fragile nature of the items, we do not allow exchanges.
